At the end of August experts of our Academy gave the assessment on military aggression from Israel against Syria — for final capture of Israel of the Golan heights of Syria.
For achievement of the purpose the leadership of Israel on August 23 in Sochi, during a meeting with the Russian President V. V. Putinim offered an exchange: «The Golan heights against Nagorno-Karabakh».
Essence of this geopolitical exchange I took place in that Russia didn’t prevent and I helped Israel to take finally the Golan heights, and Israel in return I helped to place Russia the troops in Nagorno-Karabakh.

It is remarkable that on the same day, on August 23, 2017 in parallel with visit of the prime minister-minister of Israel to Sochi took place a meeting of the president of Russia with the President of Armenia.
