Father of Oncology discovers Iron Mechanism that drives Cancer spread. Scientists discover new mechanism that drives cancer spread. DENND2B activates another protein in the cell called Rab13, which is an enzyme that promotes cell migration. Cancer is a disease of iron-overloaded cells, the Father of Oncology says. Like all other cellular membranes, the plasma membrane consists of both lipids and proteins. Stable cell-cell interactions are required for cell adhesion within a tissue and controlling the shape and function of cells. Cellular iron overload affects DNA, chromosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, membranes, etc; eliminates adhesion between cancerous cells. Not all cancerous cells (iron-overloaded cells) have the ability to metastasize. High levels of iron can be even fatal, can lead to death of cancerous cell. Metastases are the main cause of cancer-associated death and it seems surprising that there remain so many questions relating to the biology of metastasis. Despite almost 200 years of study, the process of tumor metastasis remains controversial because scientific iron/cancer information is largely ignored. Contact inhibition is a key anticancer mechanism that arrests cell division when cells reach a high density. Cancerous cells (iron-overloaded cells) grow in an uncontrolled manner even when in contact with neighbouring cells. Virtually all cancers can form metastatic tumors. Sometimes a person’s original cancer is discovered only after a metastatic tumor causes symptoms. In some patients, a metastatic tumor is diagnosed but the primary tumor cannot be found, despite extensive tests, because it either is too small or has completely (iron-deficiently) regressed. Most people who die of cancer die of metastatic disease. What treatments are used for metastatic cancer? Metastatic cancer may be treated with systemic therapy (chemotherapy, biological therapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy), local therapy (surgery, radiation therapy), or a combination of these treatments. Before any new treatment can be made widely available to patients, it must be studied in clinical trials and found to be safe and effective in treating disease. Unfortunately, surgical instruments are generally produced from stainless steels. Ceramic knives are definitely a different breed of knife. Their blade is stronger than steel but more fragile. Ceramic knives will never rust. Metastatic cancer may be successfully treated with surgery (ceramic blades) and direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency agents (ceramic needles). Clinical iron-deficiency methods can successfully neutralize micrometastases. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183624 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183512 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183446 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183420 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183391 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183292 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183218 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183149 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183138 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183071 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183019 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182995 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182986 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182896 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182837 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182805 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182753 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182701 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182679 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182663 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182620 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182611 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182577 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182265 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182534 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182518 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182513 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182447 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182422 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182373 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182300 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182280 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182265 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182238 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182187 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182123 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182081 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182051 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions ; http://trendwave.com/Gluten-Free/Opinions-on---Medical-News-Today ; http://trendwave.com/Gluten-Free/Father-Of-Oncology-Discovers-How-Scientists-Invent-New-Drugs- ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts ; https://www.idolbin.com/gprofile/107119198688120551734 ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/eHob4F2mR1p ; https://www.facebook.com/TheWarOnCancerFoundation/posts/658257930905936 ; https://www.facebook.com/vadim.shapoval.5 ; https://www.facebook.com/pages/International-Agency-for-Research-on-Cancer-IARCWHO/162109297160466 ; https://www.youtube.com/user/1Shapoval ; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx7W662gd8M ; http://galacticconnection.com/father-oncology-vadim-shapoval-says-cell-needs-iron-overload-becomes-cancerous/ ; http://my.mail.ru/bk/vadim.shapoval/ ; http://russia.ru/id322718 ; http://my.mail.ru/bk/vadim.shapoval/multipost/281A0000F1AF0003.html ; https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20111016223132AA727lI ; https://twitter.com/vadimishapoval ; http://www.cancercompass.com/profile/Shapoval ; http://www.ovarian-cancer-facts.com/what-is-cancer.html ; https://disqus.com/by/Shapoval/ ; http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/oncogenesis ; http://www.diapedia.org/associated-disorders/liver-cancer-and-diabetes ; http://zdravv.ru/comments/hyxHUO5MF6o ; http://www.news-medical.net/health/What-Causes-Cancer.aspx ; http://medicalxpress.com/news/2015-02-opportunity-drug-resistant-leukemia.html ; http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Cancer/High-Iron-Levels/show/1171716 ; http://www.the-scientist.com/?articles.view/articleNo/41449/title/Culturing-Drug-Resistant-Tumors/ ; http://aboutwhatwhyhow.blogspot.com/2012/04/top-10-deadliest-cancers.html ; http://www.bionews.org.uk/page_419747.asp ; Together We (Mail.Ru, RUSSIA.RU, Google, Facebook, Idolbin, YouTube, Twitter, Diapedia, Yahoo!, The Scientist, Medical News Today, News-Medical.Net, Medical Xpress, MedHelp and Vadim Shapoval) Will Beat CANCER
