A*STAR's Genome Institute of Singapore, OncoIMPACT, HIV/AIDS and Father of Oncology. Cancer remains one of the greatest scourges of human society. The team of researchers at A*STAR's Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) have applied OncoIMPACT to more than a thousand cancers and are in the process of building a complete map of driver mutations across cancers. Dr Nagarajan envisages a future where expert systems such as OncoIMPACT can leverage genomic data generated worldwide and contribute to personalized and targeted medicine in Singapore. Life expectancy in Singapore is 80 for males and 85 for females (total body iron averages 3.8 g in men and 2.3 g in women). Today, researchers and doctors are learning how to tailor health care to a person’s unique genetic makeup. That is the idea behind personalized medicine. The Father of Oncology knows that cancer is a disease of iron-overloaded (iron-rich, iron-saturated) cells. At the cellular level, cancers occur when cellular iron overload chaotically affects cellular molecules and organelles (DNA, chromosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, peroxisomes, etc). Genomic instability is a characteristic of most cancers. Chromosomal instability may be defined as a state of continuous formation of novel chromosomal abnormalities. Today it is well established that all malignant tumors exhibit an asymmetrical segregation of chromosomes at the metaphase-anaphase transition, resulting in an aberrant distribution of the genetic material to the daughter cells. Primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits. Such deposits can be inherited from parents or can be acquired during life. All cancers are caused by iron-related genes or/and iron-related events. Iron disorders are inherited and can be confirmed with genetic testing. Personalized intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency agents (ceramic needles) are needed when malignant tumors cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Personalized clinical iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations, etc) can neutralize metastases and micrometastases in hospitalized patients. HIV is a virus which attacks the immune system. AIDS is the final stage of HIV infection. Unlike some other viruses, the human body cannot get rid of HIV. That means that once you have HIV, you have it for life? There is no cure for HIV? Iron is essential element involved in a broad range of biochemical reactions that take place in viruses. Iron overload can increase a person's vulnerability to HIV infection. HIV viruses can be inactivated by personalized clinical iron-deficiency methods. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183149 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183138 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183071 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/183019 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182995 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182986 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182896 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182837 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182805 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182753 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182701 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182679 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182663 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182620 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182611 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182577 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182265 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182534 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182518 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182513 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182447 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182422 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182373 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182300 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182280 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182265 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182238 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182187 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182123 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182081 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/182051 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts ; https://www.idolbin.com/gprofile/107119198688120551734 ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/gPiRB2RWaiQ ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/CktNqUQbSKm ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/XJBynzXP4NZ ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/QBd95MHievK ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/AvUFMmKYbm3 ; https://plus.google.com/107119198688120551734/posts/GDsY1QDtsxf ; https://www.facebook.com/TheWarOnCancerFoundation/posts/658257930905936 ; https://www.facebook.com/vadim.shapoval.5 ; https://www.youtube.com/user/1Shapoval ; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3t8lM3rKLU ; http://galacticconnection.com/father-oncology-vadim-shapoval-says-cell-needs-iron-overload-becomes-cancerous/ ; http://my.mail.ru/bk/vadim.shapoval/ ; http://russia.ru/id322718 ; https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20111016223132AA727lI ; https://twitter.com/vadimishapoval ; http://www.cancercompass.com/profile/Shapoval ; http://www.ovarian-cancer-facts.com/what-is-cancer.html ; https://disqus.com/by/Shapoval/ ; http://www.news-medical.net/health/What-Causes-Cancer.aspx ; http://www.news-medical.net/opinion/e858431d-84fd-4a17-89e4-8d68ee2838e3.aspx ; http://medicalxpress.com/news/2015-02-opportunity-drug-resistant-leukemia.html ; Together We (Mail.Ru, RUSSIA.RU, Google, Facebook, Idolbin, YouTube, Twitter, Yahoo!, Medical News Today, News-Medical.Net, Medical Xpress and Vadim Shapoval) Will Beat CANCER and HIV/AIDS
