Cellular Iron Overload Causes Cancer. Researchers say that most of the genetic mutations that cause cancer result from environmental damage or from spontaneous errors as cells divide. Cancer's genetic signature can vary from patient to patient. Personalized cancer therapy has been proposed as the next battle in the War on Cancer and targeted therapies as the new warfare machinery. Researchers strive to apply the principles of personalized medicine to cancer therapy. Researchers intentionally ignore iron/cancer facts-1905-2015. Cancer is big business; the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. By 2050, the global cancer burden is expected to grow to 27 million new cancer cases and 17.5 million cancer deaths per year. The Father of Oncology knows that primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits. Such deposits can be inherited or acquired. At the cellular level, cancer occurs when cellular iron overload chaotically affects cellular molecules and organelles (DNA, chromosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, peroxisomes, etc). Researchers are finding new genes all the time that are linked to particular types of cancer, but this is a complicated area of research. According to Cancer Research UK, a cell needs to have a number of mistakes in its genetic code before it becomes cancerous. A majority of malignant tumors is characterized by chromosomal instability, and have gain or loss of whole chromosomes or fractions of chromosomes. The heterogeneity of cancerous cells (iron-overloaded cells) introduces significant challenges in designing effective treatment strategies because researchers mistakenly describe cancer progression as the result of unlimited accumulation of genetic mutations. It was clearly shown that the mitochondria of cancerous cells contain numerous qualitative and quantitative abnormalities. Lysosomal alterations are common in cancerous cells. Peroxisomes are similar to mitochondria in that they replicate by division. Oxidative stress plays an important role in carcinogenesis. Peroxisomes oversee reactions that neutralize free radicals; are responsible for oxidation reactions. Cellular iron overload affects peroxisomes. Intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency agents (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Clinical personalized iron-deficiency methods can neutralize metastases and micrometastases. Cancer has no regard for wealth or social standing. Everyone seeks the infamous magic bullet for cancer, the cure. But cancer is not an isolated group of errant cells waiting to be annihilated by a wonder chemotherapeutic drug.
